The level of service provided is not consistent with the various specialists. In addition finding an appointment with a specialist you have grown to like is a challenge in itself. The last increase of charges for what used to be standard with a facial is ridiculous as well.
How to make things right: employ quality level specialist, cross train, rather than charge $20 for a light service, make several different packages for facials (more than you currently have) create some sort of specials for your loyal patrons and hold other specials to increase your clientele.
Great therapists, convenient hours of operation & by having a monthly plan, it helps me stay on a bit of a schedule to take care of myself. The monthly sessions accumulate; they are not forfeited if not used every month.

We are always updating our music, and though we do not currently have the option for individual music choices in each room, you are welcome to bring in your headphones and personal listening device, such as your phone or iPod, and listen to anything you wish during your session.

I know when you arrived last week for your session, it was very busy at the front desk. I have your session time as starting prior to the scheduled appointment time, as you were early and the therapist began your session ahead of schedule. We do instruct our therapists to inform clients of their session time beginning early, to avoid any confusion later on. I do apologize this was not expressed to you before and I will speak with the therapist in regards to this, just to clarify. Our sessions are 50 minutes hands on for a 60 minute session and 80 minutes hands on for a 90 minute session, as this is industry standard.
Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service in a therapeutic environment for all of our clients. We do not want any one to feel as if they were shorted on session time etc. We do apologize for the confusion and do look forward to your return, thank you!

From the time I entered the store the front desk was very nice and friendly. Very clean and the ambiance was great. I was greeted with my masseuse Joia (I think that's her name) and my massage was amazing. I joined the program and will be back in 2 weeks!!
Tina is great. She knows exactly where my stress points are and knows the areas that need the most work. And I love the app so I can make my own appointments months in advance.
