Thank you for taking the time to do our survey. We understand that at different times everyone enjoys a different type of massage. Although you have seen the same therapist more than once, clearly this time it did not meet your needs. The atmosphere and friendly staff. The massage therapist was gifted! Great experience.
My first time with La Vida. I loved the zen waiting room. Theresa was right on time, took the time to speak to me about my goals in advance, sought my input on pressure. There was perhaps a bit more oil used than I am accustomed to, but I came away feeling very relaxed. I loved it so much, I signed up for the membership.

I need to say THANK YOU to LaVida massage of Brighton! First of all, I asked for immediate services due to the time frame in which I needed a massage and they were able to compensate my needs. Secondly, I had requested a relaxation massage because I was defending my dissertation in front of my committee the following morning and my massage from Paula made all the difference in my presentation. I was able to defend much calmer, with more clarity, and definitely much more stress free! I can't thank Paula enough for the relaxation she afforded me in such a critical and important time in my life.Paula and LaVida you ROCK!

I have been going to LaVida for a long time. Love my therapist, Mike and all the office employees are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The facility is clean and relaxing and enhances the experience of a great massage. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Dan is the best!! It is a two edged sword in recommending him though.I want to recommend him to everyone but also want to keep him for myself. If he gets too busy It will be harder to get in to see him.
Wanted to come in and enjoy a massage, was asked for more contact info. Massage wasn't the greatest, go to leave and asked by the manager for the contact info, again and again.

Things happen, and if a therapist is unable to make it for your appointment or some emergency arises that we would be unable to accommodate your service we would like to be able to reach you and keep you from making a wasted and disappointing trip here. We do respect your privacy and never share your information with anyone. It is used strictly for accommodating our clients. I would really have preferred to do this via phone call but as we don't have it,this will have to suffice

You charged me when I had a gift certificate! It was not my fault that the certificate was used it was an online certificate Your system tracking was incorrect I never use the certificate Please cancel all future appointments I will never use you again
We understand your frustration.
Once the situation arose, we instantly contacted our corporate office to track the usage of the online certificate. Corporate determined the certificate was redeemed in its entirety and by whom. We immediately investigated on our end and discovered it was used by a person related to the purchaser. When this family member came to the center in January to use the certificate in full, she referenced the purchaser and gift certificate number. We were obligated to allow her to redeem the certificate.
I tried to contact you multiple times to discuss what was discovered but did not receive a return call. We were forced to charge the card on file to pay for the services rendered.
The situation is unfortunate as we would much rather have had you use the certificate, as we know if was a gift, however it was out of our control as the gift certificate had already been used.

Massage not nearly deep enough. At the start, therapist stated I should have had booked a deep tissue therapist. She was not able to effectively give me a massage. Disappointing!
