Massage was not very satisfying. Also the decor was throwing me off. Those pink salt lamps, for instance, are a scam and a waste of energy. I don't buy into alt-med, aromatherapy, homeopathy, etc.
Thanks for your feedback. We find most of our clients enjoy the salt lamps but realize perhaps not everyone does. We don't sell them and they don't use more energy than any other type of lamp we may have. Many clients do believe in and enjoy aromatherapy though. Again, we realize it may not be for everyone, which is why it is an optional thing to get. Many clients find the headache and allergy oils to be very helpful when they have a flare up with those issues.

Serene atmosphere, friendly staff, great massage and knowledgeable staff.
I loved the massage but the sheets and blanket felt cheep and the massage bed egg crate was showing and the under sheet had either black lint or something on the it. The music was nice. But when what you are laying on appears dirty it feels a little mentally uncomfortable.

The individual was wonderful. Strong hands and a good reflexology massage. The front desk individuals were polite and courteous.

1 hour massage scheduled only lasted 45 min. This was my first time at this location. It was ok. Massage was good over all.

I appreciated that Diana listened to what I was there for and she centered much of the massage in the area of my neck and shoulder. She was very kind and professional. Also, during a massage I am not prone to talk much. I just want to enjoy the relief from pain I am getting, and Diana was comfortable in that silence. Thank you!
The membership
My massage therapist, Crystal, was fantastic! I Have had a number of massages and she has been the best. She asked me a lot of questions in order for me to have the best massage possible. During the massage she did a wonderful job of checking on me and making sure I was as comfortable as possible while getting ride of my problem areas with different techniques. I will definitely be back to see her many more time!

The last 3 appointments were canceled by Lavida bc the scheduled massage therapists left. When I called, the receptionist just said it's a stepping stone kind of place. Not a selling point.
