Victoria was amazing I came in, in pain and left with out pain, she was awesome. It has been a long time since I've had a massage where they were actually able to get in and hit the deep muscles, so this was awesome.

Renee is excellent. However his availability is limited. And it takes months to get in to see him. I understand there is a large waiting list in general. We have tried other masseuses and have been disappointed in the past. We can try again.

We do appreciate the opportunity to put our contract on hold while we try to burn off the 11 massages we have on our account.

I like my massage therapist Amira. When she was out sick twice on scheduled appointments but we finally got to do the deal and she was well, the office manager gave me an extra perk of hot stones for accommodating Amira's missed sessions. I appreciate her thoughtfulness of my time and life schedule with changes. This keeps me coming back to La Vida Massage in Sandy Springs. Thank you.

The turnover rate here is disappointing. I have been to 3 different massage places before landing here. My first massage with Shiela was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, she left within the next two months. I then rotated through each remaining employee to find anyone I would like. They all had some positive but each one was ultimately awful in one way or another. I finally landed on Tee who was just as wonderful as Shiela. I saw them every month for about 3 months and then was disappointed to find out they left as well. I had already been through everyone else and was not happy with any of the remaining choices. So I canceled my membership after my latest massage was nothing to be desired. Overall, if someone just wanted a massage periodically then I would probably say they would be fine. But for a consistent thing and for someone like me who does have pain that flares up and prefers a regular massage therapist, I would not recommend at all.

Well, me and my boyfriend decided to get a couples massage for sweetest day I called and made the appointment online.. when we got there, and we were greeted by our massage therapists. Mine informed me she could not do deep tissue massages, however, she did not tell me that she would apply little to no pressure at all. I feel like this was something that should have been addressed when I made my appointment I left there more unhappy than I arrived. She spent maybe 15 minutes on my neck and 15 minutes on my back which is what I told her was the main problem I need addressed. She then decided to massage my legs and feet which I never asked for I even kept on my pants and socks. She barely applied any pressure to my legs and feet regardless. And lightly pushed on my sides, which did not make sense to me.. I have very bad carpal tunnel in my right hand which I also addressed and she said she would work on and again she did not do anything for my hands. And then I checked my bank account the following day and noticed that Lavita charged my card. This doesn’t make much sense to me as I paid with a gift card and cash This was overall a terrible experience.

My last Massage was ok. I never got asked if I would like an extra blanket also never got asked if I would like the Heat on the table. Also the Room felt could. Love the Free aroma therapy you should offer that more often. I was post to get a Hot towel last time I asked the therapist she told me that she was not told about the Hot towel.
