I have been a LaVida client for years, particularly the Rochester site! I’ve always been very satisfied by the massages I’ve received and have learned which therapist suits whatever need at the time - whether simple muscle tightness or severe limitations caused by muscle spasms, etc. Regardless, I cannot be more satisfied! The front desk staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating, always! The facility is immaculately clean too!!

Katie has to be a little more friendly. Ask you if you have any problems with your skin.

I was taken care of as soon as I arrived by Alina, a sweet young lady who took me back to her room and explained what she was going to do. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the best hour of my day.

The facial was nice the first one I ever had in 50 yrs
Katy was absolutely wonderful! I feel like she listened to me and addressed exactly what I told her was giving me issues. I was very comfortable the entire session and feel so much better now.
I have been disappointed since Migdalee left last October (a year ago). I've tried many other therapists and have consistently been disappointed with the level of skill. I am paying approximately $90 including tip each month in hopes that someone will provide great service only to find that they are sitting while working on you or feel like they are just coating you with lotion with virtually no actual massage technique. Additionally, you lost your facial technician. Also, the lack of availability for massage therapists is frustrating when you're trying to get an appointment convenient for you.

Absolutely loved how personal both my husband and I masseuse was for each of us. And the women at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Our couples massage was perfect, we ended up getting a memebership so we will definitely be returning. A great experience.

Marie is the best massage therapist I've ever had. I have chronic neck and back pain, and I've noticed a significant improvement since I started making monthly appointments with Marie. She really listens when I tell her about pain I've been having lately, and she's really good at finding those pain points on her own as well. She's always adjusting her treatment and pressure to my muscles, and I can't recommend her enough.

Olivia was very calming and reassuring as I had never had a facial before. I found the experience to be relaxing and enjoyable. She made my first time a great one!

I had a fine Massage. My only complaint was that we started late due to paper work so did not get the whole hour of Massage. Otherwise a most enjoyable experience!
