Lauren was AMAZING!!!! I got the best facial and was so relaxed the entire time. It’s been 3 days and my face is still GLOWING and smooth as ever. Can’t wait for my next appointment with Lauren!

Very pleased with the variety of services both for facials and massage.
Fair pricing. As a member, it would be nice to see more offerings such as additional discount offerings (i.e. 90-minute massages, first day of Fall, Winter, Black Friday, etc.), discount on two services on the same day (facial and massage).
It’s a pleasure when I find a masseuse who is knowledgeable, professional, and can work up to standards.
It’s disappointing when I am unable to find a good masseuse and lately it has been hit or miss with the Rochester location.

Better communication on future planning of appointments. I did have standing appointments with my massage therapist then when the new year came the appointments did not continue. They were given to someone else. This was last year. I would like to get back to standing appointments with someone but it seems I am too late to get that done next year now. I have been a customer here for many years and love it. I just need to have regular massages for my muscles. I really want to continue doing it here.
Hi Michelle. Thank you for your feedback. We do not "give" appointments to other clients. You are able to make as many appointments as you would like. Our entire 2024 schedule is open for you to make as many appointments as you would like. We look forward to seeing you soon.

One of the better messages I have had. Ray was careful to address really stiff neck and knots in my back. I will go back! Very friendly staff and owner. Great relaxing atmosphere .

First, the therapists. Secondly, the attempt by the receptionist to accommodate the client in scheduling.
Clean, quiet, and personal attention from minute you walk in.
Laura was very good in my 90 min massage. I will ask her next time, for warm towels on my feet during as my feet got chilly. They tend to do that, and I’ll mention it next time.
She placed a warm rolled towel on my neck when I turned over on my back and it felt amazing.
Full 90 mins too. Sometimes, you don’t get the full time allotted
