I find that there r not enough skilled therapists. Some are late. Some r too novice. Some don’t really care about their job.

Sometime a message left with the front desk is not well registered and the client has to go through the rescheduling process all over again. Other than that, the quality of services and staff are top notch. I will remain a loyal client.

The massage therapist are very specific to your individual needs. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Both were very polite and respectful!

Online scheduling is very easy, and I really like Dylan's massage therapy sessions. He's very professional, conscientious, and he does everything he can to make sure his client receives the best care.

The customer service was wonderful. I was greeted with a smile. Free did a great job with the massage. I felt more relaxed when I left the establishment. I was also informed about other services that they provide. They took the time to listen to me, which let them know what services I needed. As a former customer service representative, my overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

The staff and massage therapists are wonderful. They’re very friendly and genuinely concerned about working out any problem areas. The facility is always clean and comfortable. They think of everything, and have provided hair ties in the room in case someone forgets. The little details go a long way.

Staff frequently changes, so you are unable to get the previous massage technique you come custom to or as someone learns your aches and pains.

Trying to perform the same massage movements during a session would be good especially if it’s a couples massage. Don’t get me wrong, my massage went great, but as I told my husband some of the places that I got massaged and how, he would tell me he didn’t get the same thing.
