Provide alternative audio selections. ie, outdoor sounds vs current music. Update and/or maintain Tables. Clean Ventilation system. Maybe add a rating system for your LMT's...ie, list technique skills and reviews.

Friendly & professional staff from the front desk to the massage therapists. Our therapists, Kathy and Rita, are by far the best we've ever experienced anywhere that we've lived or traveled.
My massage with Heather Slagle was amazing! I appreciated the attention she gave to my specific areas of interest that we talked about in the beginning and identified together. Also, the session was very informative and engaging, learned more about how to take care of my body through various stretches, which I very much appreciated. Will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends, as well as coming back. Thank you!

The quality of the massages seems very low with the only variable being the amount of pressure applied. For the subscription price - I would expect the option for a deep- tissue massage or hot stone massage. While the staff are certainly friendly - I'm also concerned by the use of lotion and not oil. I've found the rooms to be cold in spite of asking for them to be warmer and at my last massage the masseuse used cold lotion which really seemed counterproductive to the experience. The experience level of your massage therapists seems very low :-( I'm sorry for that

It's common to have some soreness after massage, especially if you don't get them frequently and request deep pressure . Soreness typically resolves within a couple days and is relieved by rest, warm shower and hydration. Please contact me at the office for further assistance if needed.

Callie is one of the best massage therapists in the Pittsburgh area.
I booked a 90 minute massage, but the therapist left the room after 60 minutes. I would have probably overlooked it had it been a really great massage, but it was just ok. When I was checking out, I told the receptionist what happened. Someone else standing next to her, who may have been a manager, told her to "put a free deluxe on my account". While I appreciate the effort, I didn't purchase any scented products for my massage so I'm not sure why offering a free package of scented products for another massage would make up for the problem. It is unlikely that I will return for another service at this location.
