Amazing massage therapist for deep tissue
Have had better massages. Masseur could've done a better job. Felt slow and a bit light.

Easy appointment setup with great staff
Very accommodating and friendly. Juan Carlos is excellent. Wonderful, personalized massage that targeted my trigger points and I left feeling much better.
Krista is wonderful, she instantly makes you feel comfortable and clearly loves her job! She was able to make more progress with me 30 minutes into the session than anyone has in years. She's very patient and thorough. LaVida's therapists are all very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend them!

I am moving to Salem, Oregon on November 1st. According to your online cancellation policy I have to give notice before my next payment, I will be charged one more time, and I have 30 days from that last payment to use all unused massage sessions in my account. When i told the front desk person I needed to cancel she informed me that the cancellation policy had changed and proceeded to tell me what they actually are... which is exactly completely opposite of the posted online policy. Opposite in EVERY way. She said that my cancellation would be immediate, I would lose all unused benefits sessions, and I would not be charged again. I demanded this new cancellation policy in writing and she said she couldn't give it to me and her manager will have to call me. I have not heard from the manager yet. I want a signed copy of the cancellation policy. It's that simple.
