I was disipointed with the service and I didn’t like the fact that when I went there I was charged $25 for canceling even though I tried to call and the lady didn’t answer the phone I don’t feel that it was my responsibility to have to pay the money back to her and when I called back to talk with the manager they said that they couldn’t waive the fee because I didn’t call for hours earlier they need to change this policy because it is unfair and on satisfactory to the customer

As explained we do have the 4 hour cancellation policy where if you need to cancel your appointment less than 4 hours before it and we are not able to get that time rebooked for the therapist there is the late cancellation fee. This was my husbands first massage and the Therapist made him very comfortable and relaxed. I also enjoyed my massage and we both highly recommend LaVida Massage.

Sadly i booked for 90mins and was only given a spot for 60mins. i had received a email confirmation stating i had 90, but this turned out not to be the case. When i asked to have the additional 30mins fixed up nothing was done about it.. in short i expected 90 minutes and didnt get it.. Martin was great.
This also was a mystery for us but we did some investigation to determine how this happened. Sometimes, when clients book online appointments for other clients, the booking is not as straight forward. We hope your enjoyed the quality of the massage and our private conversation with you regarding your next visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Price and quality are most important to me and the reasonable cost of the monthly service along with the level of massage that I received is what inspired me to become a member. Often I'm taking care of the kids and other family members, but I finally decided to do something for me and I am enjoying it.

Shikira is great! Once you walk in the door, the aroma, the quiet, the atmosphere, puts you in the relaxation mood. I've never been disappointed!
No fuss environment
I had a great therapist. The front desk help were so busy looking at their phones and screens that they really couldn't be bothered to ask a question nor look at you when you were trying to speak to them. Normally the front desk is pretty friendly but this was a Sunday and this crew was not.
