I liked Julie's style and lovely manor. Very knowledgable and very good at her job. I also liked where she provided a nice balance with massage, stretching and advice. She also allowed me some quite time which was well needed as well as allowing me to ask questions. Thank you -:)
How good I feel after it
Massage was lovely but heard tonnes of noise from a phone technician in front reception and music went off half way through so was a bit hard to get into it
Good well organised service - booking on line is good. Massage was very helpful- therapeutic and relaxing
The therapist asked me how the pressure was and responded well to my feedback. She found some sore spots and worked on them to help them. She explained what she was doing while she was doing it in simple terms. She helped greatly with the problem that I has gone in with.

The massage was somewhat effective, but I didn't feel that the main points of pain/tension were addressed thoroughly enough. I found that the same strokes were repeated a lot, whereas I felt that different types of manipulation might've released the tension better.

Unfortunately we were unable to claim on our health care fund for services provided. Very disappointing as we pay extras cover and only claim for physiotherapy. We feel that all therapists should be registered with Medibank Private (quite a well known health insurer) at time of consultation or else we should have been told at time of booking. (Could have seen a different tharapist who is registered.
