very professional, clean environment, efficient booking service with no waiting. Delilah is an excellent therapist with a very pleasant and professional approach. She seems to have the right balance of clinical and intuitive aspects in her practice. I always feel so much better after her massage.
The massage I received from Janice was literally the best I've ever had. I have been to many 'sports clinics' and the like that claim to be experts in the field only to be disappointed in the results. Janice talked me through every step of what was happening and why, which I absolutely loved! She included a lot of various techniques and stretches I had never done before. They definitely know what they are doing at musclefix! I will be sure to come back soon!

Finishing off remedial part of massage with a bit of relaxation massage was great also.

The massage was okay, but I don't think it really did much to loosen up the shoulders and lower back. I should probably have said something at the time. Nice room, nice staff...just the remedial massage didn't seem very remedial.

Nick's massage did an excellent job of applying deep pressure and working out tight muscles. Appreciated the ease of booking using the Musclefix iPhone app, except that it didn't ask for the intro visit code. It was probably due to switching back to my calendar app to check my appointments. Two things that would be great for the iPhone app - runs in the background instead of restarting after switching back, and an option to add an appointment to the calendar at any time.
Massage was excellent, the only problem is price.
I saw Jacqui with some severe muscle pain around the neck and shoulders, I felt much better immediately after the massage. Jacqui also gave me some stretches to do which helped to improve my neck movement.
Fantasitic therapist (Francesco) very polite, welcoming. Awesome massage and careful too.
My masseuse was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I walked away with complete relief from the pain and tension I was feeling. Will definitely come back again!
Nick was great, very friendly and really helpful.
I would look at update the venue space, did not feel clean, cables coming out from the walls, no light dimmers. The price is high without the standard niceness of a normal spa studio. Understanding you have a more remedial outlook, these things would enhance an experience.

The best most effective massage I've ever had.
My masseuse listened to my fairly complex issues and suggested the appropriate massage for my needs. Did a half remedial and half relaxation massage which worked well for me.
My massage happened to coincide with the cleaning shift. So there was a lot of background noise (vacuuming, mopping). Not ideal for a relaxing experience.
She was obviously annoyed with me as I was 5 mins late (I did apologise)... The whole 60 min session she did not say a word! Not complaining about the actual treatment but the people skills can definitely improve! I am a health professional as well and what I find people like the most is the 'chatter' that goes along with the treatment..
