Listened to my needs and addressed areas I requested well.

Massage therapist was unable to deliver a proper deep tissue massage to meet my needs. Massage therapist admitted she was struggling and was not used to clients with such tense back muscles. The Massage therapist should be tailored to the client’s needs – I requested a deep tissue/remedial massage when booking however this is not what was provided. Masseur was however friendly and sympathetic that she could not satisfy my needs and offered to work on other areas. The room also felt cold and I felt that heat packs to warm muscles/loosen up prior to massage would be beneficial which I have experienced at other providers. I have had to seek treatment elsewhere as I did not receive relief from musclefix.
Francesco was able to address the issue with my leg muscle - it was a very good experience
its was firm and relaxing at the same time - i came away from the massage feeling 90% better!
the whole process was very thorough and detailed - felt like she really cared!
Jaque was professional and pressure point I had pain. I no longer feel knot.
Good facilities and staff
It was different to other massages I've had. I don't know if it was because my masseur was from Europe - perhaps his training was different, but it was very effective.
all pretty good - perhaps you could get clients who book in for their first appointment with you to email in details about whay they are coming in for and what particluar area requires attention - a bit more detail before the appointment will allow less discussion at the start of the appointment and more time on the massage..
