I was in a lot of pain and was seen to immediately. My massage helped enormously and my masseur was excellent.

I really don't like providing negative feedback but I didn't enjoy my massage. It was a bit hit and miss. Nick is a lovely guy with good techniques but the massage didn't have any flow to it. It felt very stilted.... I'd feel terrible if this feedback got back to him in this way but perhaps it can assist you with training rather than passing on my comments... Sorry :(
The whole operation is professional. Aside from the service itself in which I was very satisfied I like the branding, efficiency of booking via the app and the (non lame cliche) music. Refreshing experience.

Make it easier to make schedule appointments by providing an online alternative. The price of the massage is above average. The massage itself I couldn't recommend more highly.
Your prices have gone up. $97 for a one hour massage is expensive.
The last time I visited some time back I had a really good deep massage. This time it was not strong enough despite me asking a few times for it to be increased and my neck was not relieved.

Francesco was very nice and knowledgeable. He knows how to inflict pain, in a good way! Only downside was a little bruising on my thigh.
This was my first time and for 20mins only. I will be able to give proper feedback after another one or two sessions.

I was asked what was wrong...does something have to be wrong in order to get a remedial massage? I advised Francesco that I had tight shoulders and also that I cycled quite a bit. I don't wait until my body can't handle itself to end up in pain. I see a remedial massage therapist in the city on a regular basis however I live in south yarra across the road from musclefix and practice yoga at One Hot Yoga so it was convenient however it is evident that Francesco does not understand me as a patient. I am not the expert in the body. If I come in and don't have any particular complaint I'm confident as a professional a remedial massage therapist should be able to make an assessment as to what is going on with the body. I'm not the one trained in the body.
At the end of the massage there was no communication from Francesco. He simply said "I'm done." Awesome assessment of what you've just done for an hour and what I have just paid for. Luckily it was the initial consultation and it was a reduced rate.
It was also quite confused as to what I was supposed to do when I had dressed again as I tried on several occasions to open the door unsuccessfully so I sat in the room for some time before attempting to open the door again and learning that there was a lock on the door. It is quite a simple thing to communicate. "When you're ready I'll meet you out the front, you open the door like this."
I think this is the problem with alternative health management - it is assumed that whenever assistance is sought there has to be something wrong. I'm certain that is why there is so much ill health out there. Instead of maintaining good health people react to bad health. I am not that person. I want to be the best I can be and you've lost the opportunity to have a returning client due to a bad attitude in the initial consultation. It's so much easier to manage existing patients than to recruit new ones - food for thought.
Everythign is great as far as the service goes... for a good quaility massage I have no issue recommending musclefix... however if someone was looking for a relaxing massage then I don't feel they need to pay the musclefix prices.
Massage was great. There was a lack of engagement (verbal) at the commencement of the session, I did not feel particularly comfortable/made welcome - although that comes secondary to the quality of the massage (which was very good).

Didn't feel that my needs were attended to as outlined/requested before my massage. Also, felt like I was rushed on, & off the table.
Delilah was amazing
The room I received treatment in was very load. Could hear cars in the car park, someone in the kitchen. I booked originally with a female and then when I had to shift the time I got a male. The massage wasn't firm after I had completed the form requesting that. Just didn't feel like I got any relief from the massage.
Pretty much fixed my problems in one go!
The massage therapists listen to you, are happy to share their knowledge and are very respectful. I feel equally comfortable with both male and female therapists. I always feel much better after a massage so what they do works
