Whomever booked me in (male) didn't offer me the first appointment discount even though I said I'd come from the website, and was a new customer; which was a bit disappointing.

Ensure all staff are fully registered for hi caps claims before practicing. The provider number I was given was invalid with Medibank Private which complicated the manual claim I had to do.

Hopi provides an excellent massage. Great pressure / strength. Rooms are clean and warm
The massage was quite good, but I used the facilities prior. The bathroom was dirty, hairs in the sink and the toilet needed attention. The room was a mess with clothing and shoes everywhere. I felt uncomfortable and began to wonder about the cleanliness of the towels etc.
This did not make a very good first impression. I was also asked to fill out a form for a second time, which I had previously done online. I felt the staff should have bothered to check my profile prior to my arrival, then they would have been aware I had done the form. This wasted 5-10 mins of my massage time. Normally I would have mentioned any of this, and just not returned, but considering you asked I am happy to give you my feedback.
