I went for the remedial massage with Janice, exactly what I needed. Perfect amount of pressure applied so it was v. Relaxing

Easier telephone booking. It took 3 phone calls to confirm. However, Janice was completely professional and informative and my massage experience was positive.

I would suggest asking if the pressure is ok (i.e too light) and encourage a stronger massage in that case

As a customer of some frequency to the business, I felt that my sincere & genuine request to reschedule my appointment this week was treated with less than basic courtesy.
Having promptly paid $100 the next morning, in line with the stated cancellation policy, I was again unimpressed the manner in which I was treated.
As a result, I will not return & I would not wish my friends to encounter such uninspiring customer relations.

What I required
The massage was amazing and just what I needed. I am at the end of a 5 week cold and had pulled or strained a muscle in my side/shoulder from coughing, so finding it difficult to breath I really needed it to be released. Unfortunately I found my masseuse to be rude and not very personable and after starting the massage she proceeded to tell me how it wasn't fair to her or others that I come in sick and that she couldn't come to work if she was sick and would not get paid. Needless to say she made me feel pretty bad. So basically I felt guilty as well as sore for the whole hour. I apologised to her at the end.

It is a strong, technical massage without unnecessary candles etc. Francesco is an excellent masseuse!
My headache went away from the neck/shoulder massage
The quality of the therapists. I'm a professional athlete and rely on keeping my body tuned. Francesco knowledge and technique is exactly the type of treatment I am looking for. I have had very good treatments from all of your staff whom I've had a massage with. Great place.
