Prompt. courteous, knowledgable.
First, I'd like to say Nathan was an amazing technician and I had no issues with him at all. He was thorough, explained everything to me and did a couple of other maintenance checks that went beyond what I expected. The reason for the low score is that I was surprised by the total cost. I paid $74 for the Angie's List deal, which was for the trip charge. Then I was charge another $165 for replacing the capacitor. I think Nathan was at our house 30 minutes, maybe a few minutes longer. But that's a total of $239. I guess I was expecting the trip charge to include some amount of time, like 30 minutes. Now, compare the $239 to what CenterPointe would have charged me - $115 for 30 minutes plus the cost of the capacitor. I don't know what a capacitor costs but online the most expensive one I found was at Sears for $35. So that's $150. I'm willing to pay extra for a knowledgeable and friendly technician like Nathan, but I think almost $90 more than CenterPointe is too much. If the $165 had included the $74 Angie's List coupon, then that would have been more reasonable.
Timely service and no suprises.
Timely reminders via email and postcards to tell me I need to make an appt. for prepaid service. Also, like being able to make appts. via email.

you are prompt and courtesous.. Your service person comes when expected and is helpful with any questions and has filters in his truck so I do not have to wait to have them come later..and he put them in for me.
I am very happy that you have long term employees who return year after year and know more about my AC than I do. I was so pleased to see Jason and know he had been here before. He was super professional and took care of everything.

Eliott was great BUT I was told there was undoubtedly a leak in my freon and he would hear a hissing sound as he filled it. I told him I was willing to take a chance on it. He came in and said no hissing sound. And then does the upswell of leak sealant with the credit if $500 if indeed it does leak. When he told me he would undoubtedly hear a hissing sound and then didn't, your tactics lose me.
