Amazing service, from sales to install everyone exceeded my expectations
I'm not happy that you have gone to automatic renewal on your service agreement. I would much rather decide on my own rather to renew, and know up front what it will cost. And now you even do it with a check, hence using my bank account. That makes me very uneasy.
