The serviceman was very thorough and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with him and the central air and heating systems checks.

Always professional staff, arrive on time (in fact I think you've always arrived right around the earliest time in the window-of-time provided for the appointment).
I was very satisfied with both the estimator and the technician. It isn't often that people try to "unsell" you on a new A/C and instead recommend service first (which a competitor did not). The service technician was responsive, prompt, concerned about keeping costs as low as possible, and very patient in answering questions.
Appointment times are easy to make. Service person is always prompt and courteous.

Called when they were on the way and showed up on time. Updated me on the furnaces and air conditioned and told me about a new service plan they have.
Professional, courteous service people.
Knowledgeable technical personnel who are doing a regular maintenance function. They are polite, answer all questions asked, and make replacement recommendations as necessary. They clean-up after their work is finished leaving the area like or better than they found it.
