Very prompt and attentive service. Tom was great and explained everything he was working on and what he repaired/replaced. Very happy that we went with Standard for both install and maintenance!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. Did not care for the sales approuch. Sales person did not ask what I wanted as much as what they thought I needed. Some of the specifications for the products quoted were rated higher than was necessary to be 100% functional and the most efficient for our home.
2. The price quoted was to high.
3. I purchased from another very good company.

What do you like about our services?

Your services are provided by professionals who always let me know that I shouldn't hesitate to contact you with questions or concerns. Your techs are pleasant, courteous, and obviously considerate of the fact they are entering the customer's private space. They clearly and carefully explain what they will be doing, and are open to questions and concerns. I've found Standard Heating to be a good company to work with. Love the new furnace and air conditioner. My bills are much lower and my comfort level much higher.

thought 100.00 for what was done on first call was too much fee.
Have two coming out Weds AM to go up on roof and look down chimney. Might change my mind on overall value once this call is completed.
