The team is responsive, you know when they'll arrive and they're upfront about the costs associated to any sort of repair.
The job is not finished. The electrical box outside next to my new air conditioning unit has not been replaced as agreed to in the contract. I have called and talked to service representatives that said the electrician would call and get the box replaced so I can get the inspection done. This has not happened and I'm dissapointed. I've already paid the money and the job is not finished.
