This is the second time I have used Standard heating and Air. This time I even got a same day appointment, perfect since my AC was not working. Both techs were polite and respectful and came on time. Better still they fixed the problem immediately and with a smile on their face. I feel they explained the problem plain and simply and did not try to make the job bigger than it was. Standard heating and air will now be my go to company, now if only I could an similar electrician......

Prompt / having the same service agent for each inspection

The installers were very efficient. I left them at the house around 8 a.m. and when I got home, everything was done and the installation was very clean. Also, just had inspection from the city and everything passed with flying colors!

Availablility of getting an appointment sooner than later.

The salesman was professional and answered all of the questions we had. We delayed purchase of an AC unit but it was no fault of the sales pitch. We received a fair quote and we will use Standard we we do finally replace the AC.

I didn't like that the electrician didn't come till the next day. Luckily I had taken the day off for another project.

Benton was an outstanding tech.

Over-pricing and lack of suggested alternatives. Representative did not bother to ask to see the air handler in our attic before making a quote. We've had other contractors look at the unit in the attic and they made a fair quote. All other quotes have been at least $12,000.00 lower from Standards quote.

You answer the phone quickly to make an appointment. You do reminder call the day before the appointment. You give me 30 minutes lead time. And then to top it all off, the service person--Greg--is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. A+ all the way. And I'm a hard grader! MJK.
