Prompt answering of the phone at the St. Paul office when I needed to set up my annual HVAC maintenance service. They also were very helpful in setting up a service date on short notice to fit my schedule.

The guy who first came out was very thorough in analyzing my house to determine what was needed to install central AC for the first time. He got me on the schedule very soon after. The first guy who came to do the installation arrived on time, was professional, yet friendly and seemed very efficient. They left absolutely no mess. Looked like a quality job to me.

Thorough and helpful.

I was having problems with my HVAC and I have Centerpoints home service. I had them out and they said that it was shorting out and that it was an ac problem and they were not going to touch it as it would cost me because it wasn't under my plan. I had Standard come out and the technician said the ac was fine, and that the issue was in the furnace and checked his hypothesis without actually fixing it. With the Standard technician being "alot" more helpful then the standard tech I believed him fully. I had to deal with Centerpoint over the next 5 days with three tech teams and they insisted it was the ac. Finally they said they would fix the ac but would have to charge me (295.00). They replaced a part on the ac and I have not had the problem since.

I liked the honesty and how very thorough our sales rep was on what needed to be done. Very professional and look forward to do future business with this company.

This was the second time someone had to come out. The first technician did not clean the unit properly.
This second technician cleaned out about 4-5 cups of rust out of the unit.

Sales rep could use come soft skills training like a "thank you" to the customer who just spent 8k.
Also, spell out the conditions of your labor warranty in a single document. Don't make the customer have to ask lots of questions about what you labor warranty entails, what invalidates it, etc...

when I called there was a person there to answer, she checked right away on what I had and if it was still under warranty. And had a repair person that same day to my house. The repair person called right when he said and fast and neat. Awesome work all the way.
