Price was higher than other quotes I received

Sales person was condescending. He became frustrated and short with me when I indicated I needed to clear the purchase with my partner. We chose to not use services with your company due to this. No need to make things right. I've used your services for repair at our old house and felt respected. Unfortunately, this service person for AC quote behaved like he was sexist and in a way that I felt disrespected as an intelligent, competent woman.

While we did not choose Standard for our new heating and air, we were very impressed with the sales person, Mike McCombs, that came out to our home to talk to us and put together the offer. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand. We got bids from 4 companies, and your was the highest by several hundred dollars. That's why we did not choose you. I would though recommend Standard if a friend or neighbor was looking for bids.

I took time off work to meet Rick, one of your sales associates. It has been 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive any quotes. I have been in contact with him twice and he keeps blowing me off. Not a good first impression at all...

Got three quotes on a mini-split system. all calculated heat gain etc. The other two were 200 dollars apart. You we 5400 higher. Did I look like an idiot????? Rich idiot or otherwise.

I've been very happy with your regular service calls. I was pretty upset when I asked for an estimate on adding some fresh air into our ducts and got a return email from a Greg Schleifer that was very dismissive and not at all helpful. We've been your customers for a very long time and I expected more of a discussion and explanation than that.
