You didn't take responsibility for our dissatisfaction when our air conditioning wasn't working. No contact from our sales rep or anyone from Standard. WE had to reach out to Mark Brown. Yes, we talked to customer service and the repair crew, but no one from Standard cared to "make it right" with us beside fixing the air conditioning. We lived in a home that was between 75 and 80 degrees for almost a week, trying to cool off with fans. Needless to say, we had restless and sleepless nights.

When I schedule an appointment, I know that I won't be standing around waiting all day; your technicians are always on time and I appreciate the call saying they are on their way! Every technician that has ever come to my home has been courteous, friendly, and very professional. They are always happy to answer questions from the most simple to very complex, and boy do they know their business!

Every technician I have had in my home has been pleasant and very helpful. They never make me feel foolish when I ask a question that probably seems very obvious to them. I like that they put the little booties on their feet. They have always made it to my house within the window of time. Most of all, it is reassuring to know that I can get 24 hour emergency service.
On time service, also appreciated some specific recommendations about maintenance.
Driving up to the house you could see it was a basic 1959 rambler. - one quick look around told you all you needed to know. On top of that, the humidifier was 200.00 more than anyone else. We have decided on a carrier. Thank you
