The technician called in advance (as expected), showed up within the service window, kept my place clean, and was efficient and thorough. He even answered a couple of questions. Nice job.

My only issue was that I originally did a web request to set up an appointment, and never received communication back, so I called in a week or two later to set the appointment. I check my spam filter, so I don't think it was an issue of lost e-mail.

no other choices. when i can can get a medium priced unit from anybody else for half
