The installers were top-notch. Efficient, professional, and personable. Very helpful in walking me through the wi-fi thermostat control on my IPhone.
I had the entire controls system replaced including new Bryant zone controls. Apparently, the scope didn't include conducting a thorough system checkout. When I turned the AC on, the system leaked water all over the floor. Apparently, the condensate trap is clogged. Also, should have checked out entire system to ensure it works properly to avoid an unecessary follow-up call.
We were able to get an appointment quickly. I was very impressed that the technician had a replacement part with him and was able to complete the repair in one visit.

Service people are very knowledgeable
We contracted Standard to service our 4 year old furnace and AC on 6/25/15, at that time systems were functioning without issue. We contracted Standard again on 8/17/2015 to service AC, system was recharged and no leaks were detected. We started AC today, system has same symptoms as when we called on 8/17.
Two service visits and over $600 in 7 weeks, problem not diagnosed or fixed. Sorry not willing to recommend Standard, we'll try our luck with a competitor.
Diagnosis was quick, accurate, and completed -- problem fixed! He came within 24 hrs of our call on an extremely hot day to return us to comfort.

Excellent Customer Contact Reps when I call, Excellent parts order recommendations from Parts Dept, Excellent response from Maintenance when I have questions. Tops, in my book, are the Superior Technicians who've installed and serviced my HVAC over many years; their on-site knowledge is First Rate and is reinforced by work day contact with other Technicians and Maint Dept resources. I trust Standard HVAC throughout!
Seth, our service person, is fantastic--thorough, clean, keeps us informed of possible problems in the years ahead, but does NOT try to oversell us. We trust him.

Extremely prompt response. I got an email the same day I requested service on Angies list. I called for an appointment and you came out the same day. the technician was prompt, pleasant (even went to the hardware store for fuses!), fixed my air conditioner, explained its problems and recommended that I think about a new one as this is a good time to buy (my unit is + or - 50 years old. And the cost was more than reasonable!
The service technician was prompt and friendly; however, I think that the problem is not fixed. The problem is not an easy one to solve, but I think that the technician did not have a lot of ideas on how to resolve it.
As usual we enjoy Nathan coming to do our services. He's knowledgeable and kind when we ask questions. He's honest and we can tell he enjoys his work.
Whenever I go to buy a filter the employees at the desk are always nice. Excellent customer service.
