The service people appear to be trained well in customer service.
Sell better thermostats when a customer buys a new furnace and heat pump.
The replacement thermostat was $500. Rediculous price.

The service technicians are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable… our only complaint is the $300/hour labor charge in addition to $99fee for just coming to our house.
