Quick response and good advice
Although the technician was kind and professional, he did not make sure the temperature control would ignite the furnace burner after explaining the situation over the phone when I made the initial appointment. Another technician was able to fix the problem on the 2nd visit. I appreciate that I can talk to a live person 24 hours a day. Calling out a repair person is very expensive to many household budgets. Thank you.

The furnace and A/C we purchased together has been disappointing. The A/C has never cooled our bedrooms. The furnace has never heated our family room properly. We have decided to just live with it...your techs said it must be our venting. But why did your salesperson not take that into account? (We live in a 4 level home) Just feel you took our money and never delivered. We have given up. I could go on and on but in the end my husband and I are out $5,000.
