It costs $433 to diagnose and fix our furnace. I feel that this is quite high. It turns out one costly piece was needed to repair it. A couple of trips were required to diagnose correctly. It all adds up. Ben, the service man was quite courteous.

Very courteous and helpful response to my initial contact with the main office. Did not have to wait around waiting for technician to arrive, he was there in less than half an hour after calling on the appointment day. He (Jason) was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave clear advice on the heating/cooling system operation, adjustment and routine maintenance.
