I felt we were blackmailed last year when our air cleaner went out and they said they would warranty it if we bought a service contract it was the second time the power head went bad.

Your original bid was very high and then gave me an $1800 promotional discount. (to me that's a marketing thing.) After that,I was imformed that if I decided to have a new unit installed before a certain date I would get an extra $500 off the quote. (I don't deal with people like that.) I want the best bid up front, not after promotional things. I got a bid from 2 other companies at about the same price as yours but without all the promotional things. Be honest upfront and you will do well. Not all consumers are stupid...

Excellent service overall, particularly impressed by Rob who was very proactive in resolving the issue we called about and another issue we were entirely unaware of. he took the time to explain how to maintain our furnace humidifier in detail. much appreciated.

Hi, your service was extremely fast. I'm just sad/ depressed I have to spend $3,500 on a new furnace. I am sure the new furnace will be wonderful, efficient, and heat the house nicely. I'm just bummed-out the old direct-vent wall-furnace was broken. :(

Your two installers that installed a new fan on my furnace were wonderful! They dealt with the barking and playfulness of my puppy while they were trying to do their job and they seemed to enjoy it.
