Prompt, friendly, quick. Great advice about replacing igniters and filters. Kept me informed over the phone about change in appt. I appreciate being informed, even if it may mean delays. I understand that some jobs require more time and may delay an appt. What irks me most is not keeping me informed. In this case, there had been a cancellation and the service man called to ask if it was okay to come early, Fine!
