My TruGreen service was completed yesterday on 7/2/2021 by Specialist #123746 Valdini Correia who provided a very excellent detailed report. My only concern is it rained heavily all day & night which may have washed most, if not all, the fertilizer away.
It was also suggested I mow my lawn higher to reduce stress. However, it is already set at it's highest level.

After many conversations with many team members, today I was visited by Charlie O'Connell and I could not say enough great things about the visit. He was helpful and knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns.

Prompt customer service. I had an issue with aeration and overseeding; I mentioned that in the previous survey which was immediately responded with explanation from Charlie O'Connell and he visited the site and assured that he will take care of this in early Fall 2021.
After we had an issue with a pre-emergent that killed our new grass seed (over 3,000 sq ft) and allowed so so many weeds to grow, Charlie took control of the situation. He has spoke to me or stopped by with Pete every week, they manually seeded it themselves, they have walked through the yard with hand cans (twice) spraying the weeds, they have gotten us extra natural fertilizer put down to help the new grass grow and they have a plan for us all the way into the fall to get the lawn full and weed free like it is suppose to be. I literally can't say enough good things about Charlie and Pete, they are kind and explain everything to us and they are great at communicating things as well. I would recommend TruGreen (and I have) to my friends and co-workers because of Charlie and Pete!

I don't have to worry about when to fertilizer the lawn or add pest control chemicals. I don't have time to keep looking at the calendar to do this. With you folks, it's automatic. Not only that, but you add the correct amount of product to the lawn.
