The gentleman that just comply our tick/mosquito service should be recognized by your company for his ethical behavior and taking a high road. On the hottest days he didn’t take a short cut and did his job with full integrity making sure every corner of our home was treated. I’ve seen people come & do just average OK job and without us stepping out monitoring from indoors - he did an excellent job. The ongoing digital communications you provide for each application
I had these little green thingies in the lawn after all the treatments. So I called and a manager named O’Connell actually came out. He had a app for that on his phone. Imagine! So now a tech is coming out to individually treat the green thingies. How’s that for service?

We are older and have a big yard. My husband just can’t do all of the fertilizering,etc. True Green has been doing our lawn for several years and the lawn looks great.

We especially like the continuity of service technicians, who know our property (both the trees and shrubs and also the yard). They recognize changes and alter their procedures accordingly. They are eager to discuss any issues of our concern, and are excellent diagnosticians.

A recent lawn treatment overspray caused damage to a variety of mature arborvitae and ornamentals. I called trugreen quite concerned (understatement!). The response has been nothing short of incredible. I have seen nothing but the best from trugreen. Kristen reached out and was very emphatic. She started the ball rolling and was fantastic following up by phone and email. She introduced me to Charlie. Charlie reached out by email, phone and text and promptly came over to meet me and examine the plants. He spent considerable time with me and took pictures of all of the plants. He reassured me and came up with an action plan. He followed up multiple times by phone and text. He introduced me to Mike who came out the next day. Mike is a seasoned expert who is passionate about plants. He took additional pictures and examined each and every plant giving me even more confidence that trugreen would resolve this. Mike came out a week later to hand prune the damaged plants. Charlie called the day before to coordinate. Mike showed up and spent the day pruning. He left everything spotless. Charlie followed up a week later to review the actions taken and additional next steps. I share this detail because of the multiple interactions I have had with Charlie and Mike. They turned lemons into lemonade! I went from uncertainty and significant concern to feeling incredibly lucky. The team took accountability, corrective measures, put in place an action plan that started immediately and will carry over to this fall and next spring. I was not treated as a number or one of many customers trugreen has. I feel completely informed, engaged and part of a team that has the same goals. Thank you Kristin for escalating and getting the right people involved. Thank you Charlie and Mike for caring, responding, spending the time and making me and this a teaching moment and a priority. I am grateful and feel fortunate to have met true professionals who care, put in the time and effort and are making a difference.
Personalized Service. Charlie came out to our home, inspected our yard, made recommendations, and took the time to explain proper lawn care to me (watering, cut heights, when to seed, etc). Lawn looks great this year!
We had some problems with our lawn and Charles O'Connell came out to personally inspect the areas of our concern. He was very knowledgeable about the grub damage we sustained and the identification of certain grasses in my lawn that we thought might be weeds.
He agreed to make an adjustment to our account and to remedy in the fall the grub damaged areas. He also inspected one of our trees and provided us with a procedure to restore a split tree trunk.
Charles came to our home late in the afternoon on the Friday before Memorial Day and stayed as long as was required to answer all our questions. He did not rush us even though it was the beginning of a long weekend. We appreciated his efforts and look forward to working with him in the future if needed.

I just have my trees and shrubs serviced. Landscaper takes care of lawn service as well as
mowing. The tree service is satisfactory and since trees are old they are not in the best condition anyway.
