I have used Trugreen for several years now. I called to ask that a service technician come to my home to look at my lawn with me and talk about problems. Charlie O'Connell came and we reviewed the lawn problems. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and he told me Trugreen would take certain steps to ensure improvements are made. Part of the problem is moss. Charlie told me tjhat Trugreen does not treat moss but he told me what to do about the moss and when to do it. I trust Charlie's assessment of my lawn and his recommendations for improvements. I am hopeful and optimistic that the lawn will improve considerably this year.

Mr. Charlie Oconnell personally came out to take a look at our lawn today. I reported the problem last year and was promised that it would be taken care in the spring. Some how, it was not taken care of and Charlie promised to fix the problem in the fall. He’s very helpful and professional. I hope his team will follow his instructions and deliver the services as he advice and promise.
