I like that you always call before you come to service our lawn. I have had Tru Green for a while now and you have done everything that you said you would.
After a recent survey I took that wasn't very favorable, I received an email from Charlie O'Connell, a Customer Experience Mgr, out of the Franklin, MA office.
Charlie visited my property within 48 hours to assess my concerns. He took the time to walk the entire property and came up with an action plan to address the issues. Charlie stressed more than once to call him directly if I have any questions and said he'd stop by to monitor the progress being made and to ensure my expectations were being met.
Before Charlie's visit today, I was a very disappointed customer. I can say after speaking to him, I have a much better outlook with continuing to have TruGreen service my property.
Charlie's management should be made aware of his commitment to addressing customer concerns and making sure those concerns are met.

You do the right service in the right time
I think your technicians should enjoy their jobs more and actually take pride in their work. Often times I see they just spray in the vicinity not spend much time on the premise. Other than the initial spray where they used a good amount of product, all the other times it has been very minimal and in and out very quickly.. less than 5 minutes. This last spray it seems like the front wasn’t sprayed as I have had a lot more mosquitoes this month. Haven’t sat on the deck yet this month in the afternoons or at night but I imagine I will encounter the same result. With all the bushes I have front and side if they sprayed correctly it would take more than five minutes not just a pass through.
Other that I believe the product is great and worth spreading the news about.

Except for your annoying "I noticed you have moss. That's caused by excessive .moisture and shade. " comments, most everything else in your service is good.
I work very hard to maintain my little third of an acre to make it look attractive
But your technicians appear to follow a company policy to never acknowledge a homeowner ' s labors to beautify his property.
Rather, they most of the time jump on anything that looks unattractive...nearly always negative...like it would kill them to ever mutter a compliment.
While discouraging and annoying,
I am still customer after some 30 years. And yesterday I spent four backbreaking hours mowing then hand spreading Scott's moss killer that set me back $80 from Jed's Hardware in Holden.
You're not the only ones who detest moss.

Provides prior notification of each scheduled service. Good repeat service if not completely satisfied.
I only get the chemicals needed for my yard, not for a problem a near-by neighbor has, so I guess the custom treatment of my yard.
