I noticed that our backyard has strong signs of broadleaf weeds and brought it to the attention of the service technician. He addressed the issue and I want to be assured that on the next few treatments that the backyard issues are properly handled.

I want to commend Bob Cochrane (branch # 5870), who is my tree and shrub specialist. I spoke to him when he came the other day to service my trees and shrubs. He answered many of my questions very well. He also gave me some advice about how to take care of a special tree I have that suffered through last summer's drought. He told me how to bind up and repair a trunk that had split; he even applied a plastic tie to bind the split trunk together.
I have spoken with Bob in the past and he is a superior technician.
I like the ease in which the process is mad. Easy and friendly people on the phone and clear invoices after service.

My lawn is doing very well this Spring after a difficult year in 2016. Scotts used to give a $50 credit on my bill when I referred a friend and they started to use the service, does TruGreen do that?

We got our yard sprayed for ticks last year and it helped tremendously. Try green came back just last week to spray again and we didn't even have to call!
Your products are more effective than those that I can buy at the local store, in particular the insect control and weed control. Service persons are very knowledgeable about weed types and seasonal reappearances. They are polite and efficient in their tasks every time they perform a service.

TruGreen is very reliable. The one thing I really like is the fact that if there occurs any problems with the applications, they do not hesitate to return and fix the problem(s).
