Specialist - Micheal Herbeth ( 11347) is very knowledgeable. He assess the health of my plants and makes a general walk trough my garden. He looks at individual plants and how they are doing. Then he makes the application of Horticultural Oil very carefully with regard to the wind .
He asked me to move my car so the spray would not get onto it.
I can only highly recommend him to other customers. Friendliness - 10

Service provider was very helpful in explaining what he planned to do and approximately how long it would take. He was very careful to avoid the areas around some of the plants we wanted protected. He was courteous and made sure to inform when he was done with the work.

Overall the product and pricing is excellent, I would recommend to anyone. Constructive feedback, I would like to have the same tech doing my services, meaning the same person does my grass, same tech does my bushes, etc at least for the entire season. I'm a multi year customer who takes almost all your services. With your rotation of techs and turn over every year I get a bad/untrained tech who doesn't do a good job, doesn't know my yard, half way performs the paid for service, you always fix through warranty, this is a royal pain, requires time, phone calls, but you guys always make it right. You have a turn over and training problem
