I’ve been a tru green customer for some years now. However, last year I was ready to cancel ( along with my two sons and my father in law )… as I could never get the same person to answer any questions or concerns me ( or them) had about our respective lawns. It was frustrating.
JUST before we were going to cancel, I received a call back from CHARLIE out of your Franklin MA office. He apologized for not being able to talk to one person…. And that he was our man now. AND CHARLIE HAS LIVED UP TO THAT…. And been awesome. He returns calls in a timely manner, he gets technicians out, and he follows up ! He has been superlative en superlative. I’ve done a “180” change for the better on Trugreen because of His customer service. We shall stay … and I will recommend Trugreen .. as long as Charlie is my Customer Service man !

The service I have received from Trugreen over the past year has been outstanding, thanks to the area manager, Charlie O'Connell, and his team. The service has been excellent and my lawn is looking better and better.
I wasn't satisfied with the aeration service I received so I asked to have a service manager come look at my lawn to see if the aeration was done to the TruGreen standard. Charlie O'Connell listened to my concerns, came to view our lawn and agreed that the job was not done well. He had the lawn redone the following week and this time it was done very well. I appreciate that although you are a large company, I was able to get a personal service and that Charlie was able to facilitate in getting it corrected quickly.

We are always notified of the day they will be servicing our lawn. The people are courteous and answer any questions we may have. We do not have to be home. They always leave papers advising us what has been done that day and if there is any problems with our lawn and what should be done to fix it. I would recommend True Green to my family & neighbors.

I had some problems with my lawn. Charles Odonnell came out and explained what problems I had as we walked around my property. In order to solve the problems he would send a Trugreen associate out next week to treat the problem areas.
The Manager, Charlie O'Connell. He is very professional and wonderful to work with. The applications done by the technicians have been applied on time. If ever there was a problem, Charlie would act promptly to the situation expediating a solution to fix the problem. He is definitely a valued employer of TruGreen. Because of Charlie, I would not hesitate to recommend TruGreen to my family and friends.

He personally came out to my property and surveyed my lawn as I was not happy with the results I have received this year. He arranged for a veteran technician to come out and re-spray my lawn. We have been a customer for many years and overall are happy with the service but our lawn has large brown patches from bugs based on what the lawn care serviceman told us. This seems to be a recurring problem and I'm wondering if we can alleviate the bugs ahead of getting the brown patches.
