I think a lot of it has to do with Charlie O'Connell. He went above and beyond to rectify a problem. I was ready to switch services after many years with TrueGreen and Charlie convince me to stay and that he would rectify the problems and he did what he promised. TG would have lost a long-term customer if it was not for Charlie.
I does depend on the person who is servicing your yard. This past year hjas been excellant, Prior years not so. Now that I know I will continue to be interactive with the service person. Many years have gone bye that I think could have been better if the servicr was like this year. He was very good and we solved some problems.

Had a serious Grub problem and needed professional advise from TruGreen. Spoke with Charles O’Connell, Customer Experience Manager, from the Franklin, MA office. He made a special trip to my residence to inspect the lawn damage and make recommendations for TruGreen to help correct and restore my lawn.
I have been a TruGreen customer for sometime but this is the first time that extra special attention was requested and provided. I was surprised with the fast response and appreciate the help your Manager has offered. Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent services. Dedicated, responsible friendly workers.
Sometimes things do not go as planned. Mistakes happen. At was the case with our lawn. Charlie and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure that things got fixed and taken care of. We know that come spring if it not quite right, they will be there to make sure the job gets finished.
Charlie was great in arranging to have our lawn reseeded..Needs few more seeds this month and we should be set for the Spring.
I very happen about the attention our "lawn" is getting from your company and Charlie O'Connell. He has been very helpful and I feel confident the grass will take hold before Winter comes.
He has responded to my e-mails quickly and has come out several times to check on the progress and put down seed. He's a good man in my Book.!!!!!

I had some issues with TruGreen people getting back to me until I was introduced to Charlie O'Connell by one of your drivers. Charlie did an excellent job for me! He personally came to my house; introduced himself and followed up on everything we discussed! He sent his best people to my house to do the job. He also followed up with me to see if I was satisfied.
All I can say is TruGreen needs more "Charlie O'Connell's"!! He should be running your division in my opinion!!
I have had problems with grubs a call to Charlie and everything was taken care of right away he even went out of his way on a weekend to come over and see for himself and fix the problem Charlie is a true asset to the company if it wasn’t for him I would not be a customer anymore Dave Last name removed
Try green always comes when they say they’re going to. Their people are very pleasant and my bushes look great!

Sometimes service varies with different technicians. We have a large property and sometimes they do not know what they should be doing.

Have used Trugreen for routine lawn maintenance for several years. The work is done professionally and as scheduled through the growing season. Like to be able to schedule this work in advance for the whole year.
I appreciate your services. My lawn is rather rough but it's better since you've been treating it. I do have one question though: the tech who came this week to do the lawn only treated part of it. I happened to look out the window, and he sprayed the front & sides of the house but left most of the left side & back. Why didn't he spray the entire yard? I know it's a large area but I'm paying for it all to be treated. I would appreciate feedback on this.

When I had problems with my lawn, despite my watering and care for the lawn, your guys came out and promised to aerate and reseed with no extra charge.
There were two guys. They were honest, there was no BS.
They knew what they were talking about and I learned what my lawn should look like and about crab grass.
