Paul was on time and he sent a text to let me know when he would be here. He went through the rooms I wanted done and came back and explained what he was charging for and told me the total. The carpets extremely dirty and he spent a lot of time working on them . They look wonderful and I am very happy with your service. John was polite and courteous the entire time he spoke to me. You need to add the ability to tip when paying with a card.

We hired another carpet cleaning service to remove a big spot in our carpet. Even with heavy chemicals, the spot remained. Next carpet clean we hired Zerorez. Guess what .... spot is completely gone with no chemicals and no residue. Very pleased.
