I love the clean true clean of steam without all the chemicals! The technicians are ALWAYS so friendly, caring and do an excellent job! I’ve been a very loyal customer for years! They have done excellent work for me on my carpets, tile, wood floors and rugs! I know they do upholstery and duct cleaning but just haven’t tried that yet. Great service!

I had multiple services done by Zerorez on May 11th. Michael cleaned my air vents and my dryer vent, He did an outstanding job. The air vent service is a little pricey, and I'm not sure everyone is able to afford that service. Jose cleaned my carpets, and he did an outstanding job getting the deep dust buildup cleaned out. I will definitely recommend your carpet cleaning service.

Allowing a stranger into your home, going from room to room unsupervised, is a little nerve-racking. The last thing I want to see is someone who looks like they just got out of prison, full of tattoos and attitude. The young man you sent was none of that. He was professional in appearance and behavior. He made me feel comfortable pretty quickly. He did the job very well and his communication was as good as it could have possibly been. Keep this up, and I'll keep recommending you.

My service technician was great. He was informative, worked hard and was fast. He arrived at the beginning of a 4 hour window. I was pleasantly surprised. He recommended a fabric protector. I am trying that for a first time. I think it will help keep my carpet cleaner long term.

Rickey arrived and immediately got to work cleaning carpet in the whole house, and he updated me often. I was AMAZED how he removed some deep soiled spots that have been in the carpet for years. The house looks and smells amazing. Ask for him, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

I was able to schedule online. The representative texted ahead of time , and was prompt and polite. I pointed out an area of concern and he pre-treated with a spray. He got right to work-back bedroom, front bedroom, hallway and living room. The carpet looked so much better. I let the ceiling fans run until dry. Unlike a competitor who used chemicals that irritated the soles of my feet, once I changed to Zerotez, I have become a repeat customer of Zerorez. The pre-treated area cleaned up nicely.
