Josh arrived introduced himself and i gave him a walkthru of the rooms i wanted cleaned. We discussed the problem areas and how he would treat the stains. He commenced to pre treating the tough stains and then began cleaning the rooms. He was both courteous and professional as he worked. I was extremely pleased with the Josh and the work he did.

My couches look brand new. The odor after the clean was pleasant. Overall great experience. The technician explained everything he was going to do. I would recommend Zerorez.
