The knowledge of the technician was impressive, and the explanation of his application as he progressed was truly nice to hear. The cleaning went quickly but very efficiently, and our only concern with the whole process was an odor after we returned home a few hours after the work was done. We have been burning candles to help mask the smell. The carpet LOOKS great and we are satisfied with the job overall, so don't think we are trying to be negative.

I have used probably every carpet cleaning Co in Austin. Not one of them until now thanks to Zerorez actually removed stains. I’m talking even old pet stains that had been cleaned before from other carpet Co. So please take it from me and save yourself time and money. Just book and use Zerorez. I’ve thrown so much money down the drain on using other carpet co.
FYI: They are also highly trust worthy. I was in a hurry to take my daughter to an appt. So they locked up the house and everything after they were finished. Never felt I could trust another co I just met with free rein over my home.
