very friendly, and fast. While they were late to my house, due to weather and other delays, they didn't make it seem like an inconvenience. They called me to keep me informed which made it easier for me to plan ahead.

The customer service was great. He came in and explained everything, did a sample cleaning to determine what he would need to do to ensure our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and then got to work. He ensured that his service was to our satisfaction. Now, 2 weeks after the cleaning out carpets still look great even with 3 kids and 2 dogs! Walking on the carpet after the cleaning is soft, unlike when I’ve had other companies clean it.

They really got my carpets clean. I've had other cleaners in and they did not do the job that 0 Rez did. Scheduling difficulties but they worked hard to make it up to me. Would definitely use again.

I was very happy with my service. The guys were very prompt and got the job done quickly. I was very concerned about some dog pee that was in my carpet and they made sure that I knew all of the options and that I was happy with my cleaning before they left. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience with Zerorez was excellent from the first contact through the on-site cleaning. The staff was professional and polite and competent!
The system was one i had hoped for for decades- deep cleaning without leaving soap residue which has traditionally caused new dirt and grime to collect on cleaned carpet fibers. And, though time will tell, we got the immediate cleaning results hoped for and promised plus the carpet and tile grout has a brightness not seen for many years- this office carpet tile was installed in 2004, 14 years old, and it came out remarkably well.
