The fact I was called twice before my appointment as reminders, then 30 minutes before the scheduled time the day of the appointment and a followup call after just to check everything went as I expected shows how much Zero Rez cares about their customers.
Also the technition, I beleive his name was Jordan explained a lot of other services or techniques that would make the carpet look newer. I never felt pressured more like I was being educated to the processes. However this is a rental property and the carpet is not in that great of shape so we were just interested in getting it clean, which they did.
