Friendly, knowledgeable employees who came on time and did a great job! I like that there are no chemicals on my carpets, and the carpet looks great! He showed me how much dirt and dog hair he got out of a small section of carpet, which helps me realize how important this cleaning is. Also, when you call for an appointment, a human being answers the phone and was very helpful scheduling my appointment and answering any questions.
