We have used Zerorez once a year for four years now, and for the last three, we’ve been lucky enough to have Kyle take care of us. From a customer’s perspective, he is the gold standard of service. Reasonably priced and they do a good job. I've used them for both carpet and tile grout, and they're equipment and chemicals did a great job with both.

Tech who came was the best one we have had over the years--Ben! He listened when I said that the carpet had been left way too wet in the past, and that was not the case this time. He gave us a price break on the pet treatment, as we would not have done it otherwise as it would have added too much to the overall cost. He made suggestions on other services, but was not pushy. We were happy with the job, and will request Ben in the future!

It showed me that DIY isn't for everything. The tile floor looks new. Given that the carpet had not been cleaned before, the results from a basic service were better than expected. The technician (Colby W) did a great job.

Stefan was very professional and helpful with other areas that I asked about in addition to the original ones I had in mind. He cleaned the areas very well. He was conscientious about drying areas on the wood floor that were sprayed accidentally. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I had hesitated to bring anyone into to do this work because I don't like using a lot of chemicals that then remain in the carpet or floors.
