Jordan was super helpful and informative! I like the fact that there was no soap residue left on my carpet after cleaning. It dried soft and did not leave a "crunchy" feeling. Jordan also showed me a spot cleaning on my rugs, and then explained the difference in cleaning them here and taking them to the facility to be cleaned.

I was very impressed with the way the carpet looked and how clean it felt. It only took about an hour to clean 3 rooms plus a little hall way, which I thought was pretty fast. The carpet wasn't very wet after the cleaning either. It also didn't take as long for the carpet to dry as other carpet cleaning companies. I thought Paul was nice and also knowledgeable, he explained the process and how it worked to me. I will definitely use Zerorez again and I have already told some of my co-workers about them.
I believe their names were Anthony and Josè? Both were very nice and did a great job! Our house smelled clean after the first room. It was amazing! Anthony was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing so we would understand the process. He even put a clear tube on the hose so we could see the stuff coming out of the carpet. It was pretty gross but cool to watch. We perfer to not use harsh chemicals in our home, so Zerores was the prefect solution! We enjoyed their company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Love how well it cleans and gets EVERYTHING out so the carpets are left clean and fluffy. Smells amazing and I know they will stay that way. Our tech was so awesome and informative. Will use again!!
