I am amazed at the results from Zerorez treatment for my carpet, which had stains from a dog that was not potty trained. We thought the carpet would have to be replaced, the stains were horrible. I was told about Zerorez from a previous customer, and decided to try them. The results were unbelievable! The carpet cleaning was good. I liked it cause it’s safe and pet friendly. The gentleman that came knew his job and was friendly. The prize was higher than what we expected since we were charged $25 extra for the master bedroom closet. Since we are retired and on a fixed income, a couple of dollars do make a difference.
I loved everything about the service. Kyle was timely and professional. He gave me his honest opinion about what needed to be cleaned, and what add ons would be necessary. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything, and he was done so quickly. My carpets look brand new!
