No soap, no chemical residue. Beau used a cool brush tool that scrubbed the stain out. Mitchell, the dispatcher, was mindful of the time and schedule. I really appreciated the respect of MY time! I want them to clean my wool rugs, also! Very good!

The product is everything you advertise and more. The service was outstanding, Jordan was the young man who came to my home. Initially I was going for the basic three rooms and free tile deal. Then I added an area rug. Then I added the duct work cleaning, then I added the couch. Jordan never blinked an eye. He would stop what he was doing and talk me thru my wish list and took care of everything I ask. Polite, courteous, informed and willing to share his knowledge. Makes me believe he believes in the product, has studied same (not just a hire off of the street with a machine) and is willing to share. Jordan is awesome. The product is awesome.
