Amazing job on our tile. But even better job at the front entrance to my son’s room where I did not think the stains would come out. As it has dried I still think some areas could use a little more cleaning. But overall a good job.

Our service tech, Aiden, was extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job with special attention to detail. Would gladly like to have him return.

Beau was on time, friendly, and did a fantastic job. My carpets look new again. I even had a rust stain that is now gone. Amazing. All the pet stains are gone as well. For my tile and grout cleaning he did a great job getting the stain out of my grout yet being careful not to splash cleaner or water up on my kitchen appliances. The last carpet cleaning company got cleaning residue all over the lower part of my appliances in my kitchen and utility room and I had to scrub that off my appliances after I got home. I will never use them again. I will use Zerorez for my next cleaning for sure. Thank you.

Great service...scheduling was a breeze and the the service tech showed up on-time and was super helpful (even rolling in my trash bin on the way in), working late to finish the job. I did my entire house and everything is SOOO clean...the floor in my bathroom looks like I re-did it. And I probably will now get another couple of years from the original carpet throughout 60% of the house.

Javier was great! We had 5 rooms, 2 chair's upholstery, and part of the special pricing tile floor cleaned. Javier was very professional and thorough in cleaning everything listed. We had Zerorez come to our house last year for the first time and loved the results. Same with this second time. The carpets feel clean under bare feet months after being cleaned and no sticky feel at all. We had the pet treatment on spots where our dog threw up and the stains came right up. We will use Zero Rez from now on.

The team of Jordan, Aidan & Brant were excellent. They were very professional, thoughtful and respectful. I was very pleased with everything about the team and the work they did.

Unfortunately, when I scheduled my cleaning, the sales person did not tell me everything that I needed to know. He estimated my job at around $200, which was not correct. He failed to list that we had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and that we were in a two story home. Plus I wanted to clean the carpets and the tile cleaned through out my home. The sales person also thought one person could handle the job, but thankfully Jordan realized that he needed more help. Jordan worked with me and explained what all I would receive if they did their job correctly. Otherwise, I would have cancelled the job on the spot.
